Company commits itself to supporting vital relief efforts

Novature Group has announced today an immediate donation of USD $600,000 to the Red Cross in the Philippines.
The donation is part of the first round of capital aid in support of the victims and survivors of the Nock-ten typhoon.
The tropical cyclone that hit on Christmas day was the strongest ever recorded, leaving 8 dead, many injured and missing, with damages totaling more than USD $100 million.
Novature Group CEO and President Malcolm Dankworth said: “We have been deeply affected by the destruction that we have witnessed in the wake of typhoon Nock-ten. Our prayers and condolences are with the victims and survivors. We hope that this initial donation will make a difference for the communities that have been impacted and need the most help.”
Beside financial support, Novature Group is also organizing volunteers in packing vital goods that will be handed over to on-site humanitarian relief organization. Therefore, Novature Group employees are asked to donate crucial material good ranging from water to clothing, food and medicine.
Edwin Shangguan, Executive Vice-President of Novature Group, said: “Our prayers and thoughts are with those that have suffered the most from the passing of this calamity. We humbly devote our material and human resources in order to help those devastated, especially during these very difficult moments”.
